Oversight sits with the legal charitable organization
Global Fund of Palestine is a fiscally sponsored initiative. Governance, fiduciary responsibility and legal control rest with Global Fund for Assistance Inc. (EIN 86-3361537).
The initiative does not have an independent board, bank account or separate legal personality. Decisions on allocation, grantmaking and disbursement are made by the legal charitable organization subject to applicable law, charitable purposes, compliance requirements and the Donation Terms.

Conflicts and safeguards

Conflict-of-interest review, sanctions and restricted-party screening, banking verification, written grant agreements, monitoring and an audit trail. These are described as the intended framework and are not represented as fully operational.
