How Global Fund for Assistance Inc. handles refund requests for donations made through this website.
Requests we review
Mistaken, duplicate, unauthorized or fraudulent donations may be reviewed for refund.
How to request a refund
Email contact@globalfundofpalestine.org with sufficient transaction information: donor name, email used, donation date, amount and currency, and the receipt number or payment reference. Requests without enough information to identify the transaction cannot be processed.
Method of refund
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method.
Compliance refunds
Global Fund for Assistance Inc. may proactively refund donations that create legal, sanctions, fraud or compliance concerns.
Limits
No refund is guaranteed after funds have been committed or spent, except where required by law.
Records
Refunds are recorded as linked reversals of the original donation; the original record is retained.
