Approval and disbursement

Material disbursements require documented approval by authorized staff. Proposed disbursements may be placed on hold, and partners may be rejected or suspended, whenever compliance concerns arise.

Screening method

Sanctions and restricted-party screening is performed manually by authorized staff against official lists. No automated screening provider is currently connected.

Current status

Submitting a project or organization does not constitute approval, partnership or a commitment of funding. Approved partners are published only after review is complete.
